DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders aim to be dispatched within 48 hours if received before 2pm on a working day (Bank Holidays or Weekends are not included).

Please note our office is closed on Weekends and Bank Holidays.
You can contact anyone from our office between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Occasionally due to staff shortage and holidays orders may take longer, a message will be listed on the main screen if this is ever the case so you are aware of the date any orders purchased will be dispatched from.

SHIPPING PRICES & OPTIONS

Our shipping prices are calculated into your basket before Check Out.

Please remember to include our 48 hours shipping policy on top of the delivery timings below:

1st Class Standard Delivery – Not Tracked. Aim to receive within 1-3 working days once dispatched.

**We do not recommend the above option for orders over £35**

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours – Track from posting to delivery. Max 30kg. Delivery aimed within 1-2 days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm – Guaranteed by 1pm. Max 10kg. Delivery aim next working day by 1pm.

Royal Mail 48 – Parcel delivery aimed within 24 or 48 hours. Max 20kgs for 24 hours and 2kg for 48 hours. Delivery aim 1-2 days.

FREE SHIPPING OVER £50
For customers that spend over £50 will receive Free shipping.
All orders over £50 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. If an order is worth more than £200 it will be shipped Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.

Occasionally orders are too big for Royal Mail and will therefore be sent via tracked courier.
You will be notified with your tracking information for any order that are sent over £50.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Clerc’s Trading Cards and Collectables Ltd products can be shipped to customers in most of the world. We specialise with Europe, USA & Canada. If you are after a shipping order outside of these three areas, please contact us first and we will try to accommodate your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EUROPE)
International shipping to Europe usually arrives within 5-10 working days. Occasionally it can take longer due to postage delays, we ask all of our European customers to please allow 28 working days, as per The Royal Mail website advises, depending on where in the world you are before contacting us.

International shipping prices vary per country, please contact us before placing an order and we will give you a price for shipping of those products first before you place an order.

If you choose Standard Air Mail as this is cheaper please note Standard Air Mail is not tracked. Therefore, Clerc’s Trading Cards and Collectables cannot take any responsibility or offer refunds for any damaged or lost in transit goods.

International Courier or International Royal Mail Tracked/Royal Mail Track & Sign – When contacting us to discuss shipping prices, please also provide a contact number with your country/area code as the courier will require this for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (USA, CANADA OR REST OF THE WORLD)
Items travelling outside of the European Area can encounter longer delivery times, orders will usually arrive within 10-14 working days, dependent where in the world you are based. Occasionally it can take longer due to postage delays, we ask all of our Rest of the World customers to please allow 28 working days, as per The Royal Mail website advises, depending on where in the world you are before contacting us.

PLEASE NOTE – We regret to inform you at this time we are unable to ship to Russia due to the Russian Federation delivery restrictions on items coming from outside of the Russian Federation.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

If you discover any damage to your Clerc’s Trading Cards products we will provide an immediate refund or exchange for the affected products upon return of the items back. The return postage will be provided by us at no cost to you.
Single Cards must be returned in the same condition as sent out.

Sealed products and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.

Products not returned in this condition will be funding at 50% of the sale value.
This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing faults or items received by the customer already damaged.

If an order is lost in transit due to the customer providing the wrong delivery information, a refund cannot be given. Please always double check delivery details.
