All Clerc’s Trading Cards and Collectables Ltd products come with a guarantee that the product you will receive will be correct and in perfect condition or match the description given when buying.

Occasionally due to staff shortage and holidays orders may take longer, a message will be listed on the main screen if this is ever the case so you are aware of the date any orders purchased will be dispatched from.

If you discover any damage to your Clerc’s Trading Cards products we will provide an immediate refund or exchange for the affected products upon return of the items back. The return postage will be provided by us at no cost to you.

Single Cards must be returned in the same condition as sent out.

Sealed products and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.

Products not returned in this condition will be funding at 50% of the sale value.
This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing faults or items received by the customer already damaged.

Please contact us if you need to arrange a refund.

If an order is lost in transit due to the customer providing the wrong delivery information, a refund cannot be given. Please always double check delivery details.

All payments on our website are made and protected through Paypal.
Even if you don’t have a Paypal account as long as you have a VISA card you can pay at the checkout. We do not accept cheques or cash.

If you are ever buying a lot of products and require invoices for your business, if you want to message us first we can send you an invoice over Paypal for you to pay, to match your business accounts for your accountant.

You may find us on Ebay also, we try to specialise in our website more due to Ebay charges (so you may notice certain products on our Ebay shop maybe more expensive).

If an order needs to be cancelled or amended at very short notice, we recommend calling to ensure that your order has not already been packaged or dispatched.

Please note that any changes may result in a delay in dispatching your order.
If the order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns policy.

You have the right to cancel any order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

Clerc’s Trading Card’s does not accept any liability for any errors the customer makes when ordering. It also reserves the right to change information, specification, descriptions and prices of goods & products.

If there are any problems that may arise with an order, please contact us straight away and we will happily try to correct any issues.
If an order has come damaged, please try to send over photo and video evidence so we can investigate this further. Most orders price dependent are tracked through Royal Mail or Courier.
